Option 1
Prior qualifications
පෙර සුදුසුකම් මත
1 – A qualification equivalent to a Master qualification from a recognized awarding body & less than Eight (8) years field experience
පිළිගත් සම්මාන ප්රදාන ආයතනයකින් ලබා දෙන පස්චාත් උපාධි සුදුසුකමට සමාන සුදුසුකමක් සහ වසර අටකට (8) අඩු ක්ෂේත්ර පළපුරුද්දක්.
Option 2
Or – හෝ
1 – A Degree from a recognized body and cumulative track record of post-qualifying development-oriented training programmes of not less than twelve (12) years leading to continuous professional development.
පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් උපාධියක් සහ අඛණ්ඩ වෘත්තීය සංවර්ධනයට මඟ පාදන අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු දොළහක (12) පශ්චාත් සුදුසුකම් ලත් සංවර්ධන නැඹුරු පුහුණු වැඩසටහන් පිළිබඳ සමුච්චිත වාර්තාවක්.

Or – Prior qualifications and working experience
හෝ – පෙර සුදුසුකම් සහ සේවා පළපුරුද්ද මත
1 – A qualification equivalent to a Professional degree from a recognized body with not less than fifteen (15) years of post- qualifying relevant working experience in a legal entity in Sri Lanka or in a partner organization of an international venture.
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ නීතිමය ආයතනයක හෝ ජාත්යන්තර ව්යාපාරයක හවුල්කාර සංවිධානයක අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු පහළොවකට (15) අදාළ සේවා පළපුරුද්දක් සහිත පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් වෘත්තීය උපාධියකට සමාන සුදුසුකමක්.

Or Working experience
හෝ සේවා පළපුරුද්ද මත
Not less than ten (20) years of relevant working experience in a legal entity in Sri Lanka or in a partner organization of an international venture.
